Funding for Community Groups
Applications are invited for funding under the Community Development and Support Expenditure (CDSE) Scheme.
The CDSE scheme allows registered clubs with annual gaming machine revenue of more than $1 million to allocate 1.5 per cent of their gaming machine revenue to specific community development and support projects.
At least 50 per cent of funding from each club is to be allocated to category one projects. To qualify for category one funding, the project must fall within the following areas:
- community welfare and social services,
- community development
- community health services, or
- employment assistance activities.
Funding for other community development and support services are generally considered as category two applications and can be directed to registered clubs directly.
Applications close in February for Round 1 grants and in July for Round 2 grants.

NSW Seniors Week Grants Program
NSW Seniors Week Grants are provided through the NSW Department of Ageing, Disability and Home Care (DADHC) to support the development and organisation of local NSW Seniors Week projects.
In 2010 NSW Seniors Week will be held from 21-28 March.

Applications must be received by DADHC no later then 5pm on Friday 18 September 2009. Please note that late, faxed or emailed applications will not be accepted.
