Finley Rugby and Soccer Community Sporting Facility

Renewal works within the project include the following:

Change room facilities:
-        2 x change rooms
-        Associated toilets, showers and hand-wash facilities, fitted with commercial grade vinyl flooring
-        2 public access toilets and hand wash basins
-        Suitable seating

Kitchen/canteen facilities:        
-        Kitchen facilities are to be suitable for running a kiosk/canteen at Rugby and Soccer events
-        Install all new appliances
-        Fit servery roller door opening to the grounds
-        Function Room, fitted with carpet tiles

Storage facilities:
-        Retain and refurbish the existing storage area  

Disable toilets:
-        Toilets to meet BCA requirements
-        Able to be configured for disable access complying with AS 1428.1 and baby change table facilities

Verandah & Roof replacement:
-        Demolish the existing damaged skillion roof
-        Replace with trusses - 12° pitched roof, colorbond sheeting 
-        Install 3m wide verandah using existing hardstand surface along the building to provide viewing area and sheltered access to facility

All required documentation (excluding planning):
-        Provision of operation and maintenance manuals 
-        Certificate of occupancy
