Renewal works within the project include the following:
The project proposes to provide new and upgraded infrastructure for 9 industrial lots in Jersey Street, Tocumwal and will include the following elements:
- Jersey Street rebuilt to cater for high mass vehicles, with asphalt seal
- Associated road infrastructure works including kerb and gutter, nature strip and footpath to provide for a functional and aesthetically appealing outcome
- Additional sewer capacity, including rising main and pump station
- Additional electrical supply capacity to allow for the existing and new industrial development
- Upgrade levee protecting the precinct from inundation from the Murray River, with a path to link the precinct to the town centre and foreshore.
