Local Roads Community Infrastructure Program (LRCIP) Phase 1

The LRCI Program was announced on 22 May 2020. The program will support local councils to deliver priority local road and community infrastructure projects across Australia, supporting jobs and the resilience of local economies. This funding will stimulate growth and create jobs in local communities following the impacts of COVID-19.

The development of a disused industrial and commercial site into a pocket park including removal of existing building, site remediation, landscaping (irrigation, tree planting, turf), park furniture (shelter, seats, bins, water fountain) and a public toilet.

Tocumwal Golf Club Pathway
The new path will partly connect the popular Tocumwal Golf and Bowls Club to the Tocumwal town shopping area and established footpath network. It will also connect the town to the cycle path network around the east of Tocumwal.
