Berrigan Shire is situated in the Southern Riverina and consists predominantly of irrigated rural land, therefore its main income is derived from the agriculture industry.  Berrigan Shire is located to the north of the Murray River, half way between Albury and Echuca.

The Draft Regional Services and Infrastructure Plan sets a 40 year vision for transport in Regional New South Wales to support liveable communities and productive economies.

As a draft plan, everyone is invited to react and give feedback. Your feedback will help shape the Future Transport 2056 Strategy that will be released in 2018.

Community consultation for the Future Transport 2056 Strategy commenced this week and is open for feedback until 3 December 2017.
