Draft Berrigan Development Control Plan 2014

Berrigan Shire Council is inviting submissions on its new Draft Development Control Plan (DCP).

The DCP is a supporting document that compliments the requirements contained within Berrigan Local Environmental Plan 2013 and is made up of a number of chapters that address particular development matters. Where a development application is required, a person shall not develop the land except in accordance with the provisions of the DCP.

Submissions must be made in writing in respect of the DCP and will be accepted by Council until Friday 26th September 2014.
