Council will be conducting works to reconstruct Barooga Cobram Road, between Peoples Bridge and Bullanginya Bridge from 15th April 2024, and scheduled for completion before the end of May, weather permitting.
Town Beach will be closed for the installation of greywater services from 1st May 2024 for approximately 3 weeks depending on works.
Built in 1899 as a Soldiers Memorial Hall the Berrigan Memorial Hall is located on the west end of Chanter Street in Berrigan.
The facilities include a large hall including a stage, a supper room, a fully fitted commercial kitchen and new toilets. Bookings can be made at the Shire offices during business hours.
