Barooga Shared Path

The project has been a major improvement on existing footpaths and is able to accommodate cycles, golfcarts and pedestrians from town centre to recreation hubs and accommodation.

The Berrigan Shire Council and associated community groups hope to deliver a much needed upgrade and refurbishment to the Collie Street Park located at 2-6 Golf Course Road, Barooga adjacent to the Barooga Library.

Tocumwal Foreshore Building

Construction of a waterfront restaurant, commercial shop spaces with all abilities access to the Murray River via the levee spine path.

Tocumwal Splash Park & Amenities Block

The Splash Park consists of a play area main pad to a creek feature and rock retaining wall. The amenities block is fullar solar powered and consists of 6 unisex cubicles, 1 unisex diabled cubicle, 1 shower, 1 baby change room and storage room.

Berrigan Sportsground Scorebored

Installation of a new 4x2 metre electronic scorebored and installation of replacement scorebored on timekeepers box.

Tocumwal Golf Club Pathway

The new path connects Tocumwal Golf & Bowls Club to the Tocumwal town centreand established footpath network.

Barooga Cobram Road Reconstruction

Council is proposing to reconstruct Barooga Cobram Road, between Peoples Bridge and Bullanginya Bridge.
