The works include cleaning, reconstruction, and the removal of trees and silt along National Memorial WAAAF Creek Walk, Tocumwal — starting from Hennessy Street and extending to the Fairway Views Motor Inn.

 

Scope of Works

The scope includes (but is not limited to):

  • Headwall reconstruction
  • Rock beaching reinstatement
  • Open watercourse cleaning and grading
  • Stormwater pipe cleaning
  • Tree and vegetation removal
  • Silt and waste disposal

 

All works will be undertaken in accordance with Council specifications, relevant Australian Standards, and applicable industry guidelines.

Project is jointly funded by the Commonwealth and NSW State Government under the Local Government Recovery Grants Program - NSW Severe Weather and Flooding. 

Contractors will ensure safe work practices and implement appropriate environmental management controls throughout the project.
