Council will be conducting works to reconstruct Barooga Cobram Road, between Peoples Bridge and Bullanginya Bridge from 15th April 2024, and scheduled for completion before the end of May, weather permitting.
Town Beach will be closed for the installation of greywater services from 1st May 2024 for approximately 3 weeks depending on works.
The Barooga Library Park is situated next to the library, on Golf Course Road (last left before you start travelling towards Cobram). The park has a new children’s playground and facilities for relaxing. It is in a great location with the ability to be able to borrow books then go to the relaxing area in the park. Children can be entertained inside the building and out on the playground.
