What You’ll Be Doing:
- Flexible Support– Follow the direction of the Overseer/Ganger and step in where needed. Whether it’s covering staff shortages or assisting with increased workloads, you’ll help ensure tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Safe and Skilled – Carry out manual tasks safely and efficiently. You’ll work within scheduled timelines and follow all standard operating procedures and safe work method statements.
- Team Player - Ready to jump in and take on any task? You’ll be a key part of our team, supporting daily operations and contributing to a positive, productive work environment.
What You’ll Need:
- Valid Australian Driver’s Licence and ability to maintain
- Construction Induction “White Card”

This is a full-time position classified at Grade B Entry Level under Council’s current salary structure with a salary range based on qualifications and experience from $60,531.01 to $68,127.94, plus 12% statutory superannuation and a 76-hour 9-day fortnight. Conditions are in accordance with Local Government (State) Award 2023.
